May the spirit go with you,
When you take to the sea,
Let the spirit be your guild.

When I think of you at sea,
I pray the Lord will be with you,
Knowing that it is an unknown ride.

Take the spirit of the Lord,
Let him be your eyes at sea,
Let him bring you back to me.

When to think of the spirit,
Remember he is always there,
The Lord will never let you down.

Take this spirit upon your journey,
May it be a safe and peaceful one,
That will bring you back to me
